Engagement pricing

Three simple engagement models

Hourly rate

move lean and shape the product in the market. Best when priorities often shift, feedback drives decisions, or you want to move faster without renegotiating scope.

Milestone-based

if work is already well defined. When a scope is clear and stable, we agree on deliverables upfront and translate them into estimated effort, so expectations around cost and delivery are aligned before work begins.

Hybrid

for businesses that need both structure and flexibility. Larger components or services are planned and priced as milestones, while ongoing iteration, integration, and customer-driven adjustments run hourly.

There is no bundled or “black box” pricing. You see exactly what you're paying for.

Global financial footprint

Multiple jurisdictions, compliant structure

FiRA DAO operates through incorporated legal entities in:

  • 🌍 United Arab Emirates
  • 🌏 Armenia

This allows partners to contract and pay through the jurisdiction that best fits their legal or operational needs.

Crypto-friendly

For partners who prefer it, FiRA DAO can accept cryptocurrency payments.

Alignment models (selective)

Revenue share or equity participation

In some cases, FiRA DAO may align more closely with partners through revenue share or equity components.

These arrangements:

  • ✅ apply only to existing, revenue-generating digital businesses
  • ✅ are evaluated case by case
  • ✅ are capped and structured contractually
  • ✅ can replace up to 50% of standard delivery compensation

FiRA DAO does not conduct work exclusively for equity.
